| Abstract: | By analyzing the implication of viewpoint of talent development,the paper indicates that the key points to bridge the requirement of skilled talents and development of professional technical education are to build up the training patterns of skilled talents with supply and demand of market,and to research for an effective way of setting up the platform of training. |
