摘    要:在苗期、现蕾期、盛花期和成熟期测定苦荞野生近缘种、金荞麦、细柄野荞麦、齿翅野荞麦、甜荞野生近缘种和硬枝万年荞主要器官的黄酮含量.结果表明:6种野生荞麦叶片从苗期至盛花期,黄酮含量表现为由低到高逐渐增加并达到最大值,盛花期至成熟期黄酮含量呈现逐渐递减的低—高—低变化规律;从苗期、现蕾期、盛花期到成熟期茎的黄酮含量在一定程度上略显低—高—低的变化趋势,且各种野生荞麦峰值出现的时期不一致;苦荞野生近缘种花和种子中黄酮的含量最高,分别为7.11 g/100 g和2.41 g/100 g.

Abstract:At the seedling stage,squaring stage,full bloom and maturity stage,the content of flavone in major organs of Tartaricum wild related species,gold buckwheat,small stalk wild buckwheat,tooth fin wild buckwheat,buckwheat wild relatives and hard sticks million buckwheat was determined.The results showed that:for the six species of wild buckwheat leaves from the seedling stage to full bloom,the flavone content gradually increased from low to high and reached a maximum,and from full bloom to maturity,flavone content gradually decreased in a low-high-low change trend;from the seedling stage,squaring stage,full bloom to the maturity stage,to a certain extent flavone content of stem has a little low-high-low changing trend,and all kinds of wild buckwheat had different peak period;the flowers and seeds of bitter buckwheat of wild relatives present the highest content of flavone,respectively 7.11 g/100 g and 2.41 g/100 g.
