溶胶—凝胶法制备Nd掺杂纳米TiO_2

摘    要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备稀土元素Nd掺杂纳米TiO2及纯纳米TiO2粉体试样.TEM分析表明,制备的Nd掺杂纳米TiO2与纯纳米TiO2的粒子大部分呈球形,纯纳米TiO2粒径在12 nm左右,掺杂纳米Nd5%-TiO2粒径在8 nm左右,均达到了纳米级别.

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 and lanthanide Nd doped with nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by sol-gel methods in this paper.The results of TEM show that the particles prepared by sol-gel methods have ball shape.The grain size of nano-TiO2 is about 12 nm and the grain size of Nd doped with nano-TiO2 is about 8 nm,which meet the nano-scale.
