内燃捣固镐的减振设计

摘    要:捣固镐是利用振动原理进行作业的,但如果振动得不到合适的控制就会带来负面效果.介绍了所设计的内燃捣固镐的整体结构及工作原理,对该型捣固镐的减振设计做了详尽的论述,并对其振动装置做了针对性的振动计算和验证.实际工程应用表明,该型捣固镐的减震器具有优良的耐用性能和减震作用.

Abstract:The work principle of internal combustion tamping pick is based on vibration, but it will bring negative effect if the vibration has not suitablely controlled. The structure and work theories of the designed internal combustion tamping pick were introduced first, followed by detail discussion on design of vibration reduction of tamping pick. The vibration calculation and verification for the system were conducted. After the application to projects, the finding~ show that this vibration deduction machine of tamping pick has good work performance and vibration deduction effect.
