高药用价值多倍体苦荞麦诱导及特性研究

摘    要:利用秋水仙素溶液配以二甲亚砜对苦荞麦幼苗茎尖进行处理.比较了不同处理时间、浓度和处理方法对植株处理效果的影响.对处理植株与对照植株进行宏观和微观方面的比较,以确定通过此方法获得苦荞麦多倍体的最佳的处理组合.所获得的同源多倍体苦荞具有发达的根系、较大的籽粒和高大的植株等物点,另外其生物黄酮、蛋白质等营养及药用成分含量也有明显提高.

Abstract:Mixing solutions of colchicines and dimethy sulfoxide were used to treat the growing points of tartary buckwheat stem in our polyploidy induction research.Compared with the effects due to different treating time,concentrations and the varied methods,and changes in macro and micro phenotypes to make out some useful combinations of methods on the tartary buckwheat polyploids induction.
