| 摘 要： | 本文采用HPLC测定了川黄柏植物的树皮、一年生幼叶和三年生老叶中盐酸小檗碱的含量 结果表明 :川黄柏树皮、幼叶和老叶中都含有盐酸小檗碱 ,其中树皮含量为 5 . 6 %、一年生幼叶为 0 . 33%、三年生以上老叶为0 . 5 2 % .

| Abstract: | The study is to determine the contents of berberine hydrochlodride in skin, one year young leaf and three years old leaf of Cortex Phellodendron Chinese by HPLC .The results indicat that all of Berberine hydrochlodride contunin of cortex phellodendron chinese. The contens of them are the skin contains deal 5.6%, 0.33%, 0.52%. |
