摘    要:以合理配置电解槽为目的,对阳极室的离子交换膜的工作状况进行了研究.结果表明:经4h过沉淀和0.45啪滤纸过滤后分离后,残留在吸收液中的单质硫没有导致离子膜的阻力发生明显变化.此外,过量单质硫进入阳极后将转化为溶解性的硫酸盐类物质,也不会导致膜阻力的变化.

Abstract:For the purpose of proper electrolytic cell configuration, the study on membrane resistance in cathode chamber was completed. The experimental result indicates that after the 4-hour sedimentation and filtration through 0.45 um filter paper, the residue elemental sulfur in ferrous redox liquor does not bring about apparent change in membrane resistance. In addition, excessive amount of sulfur into the cathode chamber can be transformed into soluble sulfate, which does not cause variation of membrane resistance.
