基于单片机的煤矿主通风机监控系统设计

摘    要:针对煤矿通风机监测预警的现状,设计了一个以89$52单片机为核心的煤矿主通风机监控系统.系统监测并显示主通风机的轴温和通风量2个运行参数,使用5个独立连接式按键对装置进行报警限值和串行通信设置.当通风机故障时,监控系统能自动进行声、光报警并显示故障原因.

Abstract:Based on current situation of the ventilator monitoring early warning technology in coal mine, this paper applies computer technology to design a coal mine main ventilator monitoring system with 89S52 sin- gle-chip microcomputer as the core. The system monitors and displays two operation parameters-axle tem- perature and ventilation rate of main ventilator, and can use five independent connection-type buttons to give alarm limit and serial communication settings. When the ventilator fails,the monitoring system can au- tomatically activate sound and light alarm and show the causes of failure.
