织物紫外线透过率测试仪光源及测量系统的稳定性

摘    要:织物紫外线透过率测试仪是衡量织物抗紫外线能力的仪器,氘灯作为优选的紫外光源,其辐射强度的稳定密切关系到测量的精度和一致性.测量电路中放大器和模/数转换电路的合理设计是保证测量精度的另一个设计关键.通过反馈及参比技术稳定氘灯辐射强度和系统测量精度的方法提高了仪器的性能,其设计方案已在实际仪器中得到验证.

Abstract:The instrument for textile-testing of transmission of ultraviolet ray can evaluate the ability to counteract the UV of textile. The deuterium lamp is often used as ultraviolet ray lamp in UV measuring instrument, the measuring accuracy of the instrument has close correlation with the stability of radiation energy. The suitable amplifying circuit and analog to digital circuit are also importance to ensure the measuring accuracy. The method of improving measuring accuracy is introduced by using the feedback and compare technology. It has been applied to UV measuring instruments.
