| 摘 要： | 研究了白腐菌对造纸黑液中木质素的降解及影响因素.发现白腐菌的降解作用发生在次级代谢阶段,影响白腐菌降解木质素的因素有木质素浓度、pH值、搅拌速度、碳源和氮源、Fe2+浓度等.

A study on the degradation of the black liquor by the white rot fungi |

| Abstract: | The degradation and factors on lignin of papermaking black water by white rot fungi was studied in this paper.It showed that lignolytic degradation with white rot fungi is a secondary metabolic activity.Lignin degradation was affected by many factors including lignin consistency,pH value,stirring velocity,Fe 2 density,carbon and nitrogen resource etc. |
