| 摘 要： | 运用随机前沿生产函数模型，以1999-2011年陕西省高技术产业的面板数据为基础，实证得出陕西省高技术产业各行业的技术效率水平相对较低，并得出市场结构、企业规模、政府支持因素对研发效率都有正向的作用，尤其是政府扶持影响效果显著，并对高技术产业的进一步发展提出具有针对性的对策建议．

| Abstract: | The efficiency of R＆D investment is significant for the development of high-tech industry, while with the increasing of R＆D investment, the research results did not achieve the desired outcomes. To reveal the reason, stochastic frontier production function was used in the article,based on panel data from 1999-2011 in Shaanxi province of high-tech industry. It is empirically concluded that Shaanxi province high-tech industry sectors have relatively low level of technical efficiency. And it is draw that market structure, firm size, government support for R＆D efficiency factors have positive effect, especially the result significantly is affected by government support, and some countermeasures are targeted to the further development of high-tech industry. |
