陕西省高技术产业研发效率实证分析

摘    要:运用随机前沿生产函数模型,以1999-2011年陕西省高技术产业的面板数据为基础,实证得出陕西省高技术产业各行业的技术效率水平相对较低,并得出市场结构、企业规模、政府支持因素对研发效率都有正向的作用,尤其是政府扶持影响效果显著,并对高技术产业的进一步发展提出具有针对性的对策建议.

Abstract:The efficiency of R&D investment is significant for the development of high-tech industry, while with the increasing of R&D investment, the research results did not achieve the desired outcomes. To reveal the reason, stochastic frontier production function was used in the article,based on panel data from 1999-2011 in Shaanxi province of high-tech industry. It is empirically concluded that Shaanxi province high-tech industry sectors have relatively low level of technical efficiency. And it is draw that market structure, firm size, government support for R&D efficiency factors have positive effect, especially the result significantly is affected by government support, and some countermeasures are targeted to the further development of high-tech industry.
