催化铁内电解-A/O工艺处理压缩机生产废水

摘    要:采用催化铁内电解-A/O工艺处理压缩机生产混合废水.实验结果表明,催化铁内电解对混合废水中COD的去除率达到了35%左右,TP去除率超过98%,BOD5/COD由0.18提高至0.30以上.催化铁内电解出水经水解酸化,BOD5/COD进一步提高至0.45.组合工艺系统COD、悬浮物SS、总磷TP去除率分别达到93%,94%和99%以上.

Abstract:Compressor production mixed wastewater is treaded by catalyzed iron internal electrolysis-A/O method.The results show that catalyzed iron internal electrolysis could make the COD removal rate reach 35%,the TP removal rate more than 98% and the BOD_5/COD value from 0.18 to 0.30,even if the BOD_5/COD value could improved to 0.45 when the effluent of the catalyzed iron internal electrolysis through hydrolytic acidification.The combination system make the removal rate of COD,SS,TP reached 93%,94% and 99% separately.
