摘    要:以2个Maxwell并联的四元件模型为基础,利用波尔兹曼叠加原理建立纱线应力松弛变化过程的理论方程,并分别对竹浆紧密纺、赛络纺和喷气涡流纺(MVS)纱线进行应力松弛实验.基于应力松弛理论模型,利用非线性回归拟合法求得纱线应力松弛的回归方程,分析了3种不同结构竹浆纱线的应力松弛机制.实验结果表明,理论值与实测值具有良好的相关性,所用模型可以预测不同结构竹浆纱线的松弛性能.在消耗各纱线断裂伸长30%形变的情况下,竹浆紧密纱应力松弛现象最严重,赛络纱次之,喷气涡流纱最小.

Abstract:Based on the four-element model including two Maxwell models,the equation of the stress relaxation process is developed using the principle of Boltgation superposition.Stress relaxation experiments of ring spun,compact and Murata Vortex Spun(MVS) yarns made of bamboo pulp are measued.The regressive equation of the stress relaxation of yarns is calculated using non linear regression imitating method based on the model of the stress relaxation,and the stress relaxation of bamboo pulp yarns is explained.The re...
