采用德国巴斯夫公司环保型拔染荆,结合水浴染、喷染、印染、扎染、熏蒸等方式的间歇式拔染技术,实现宁夏滩羊毛皮“梦幻色“染色．根据染料性状控制时间、温度及pH值来控制上染率,以达到在一整张毛皮上染出由深到浅,缓缓而至的过渡色,从而达到无缝拼的集多种颜色为一体的“一毛多色”梦幻般彩色立体效果．使用“梦幻色”染色技术达到了完整图案的整皮无缝拼,多种图案色彩自然过渡,从而产生朦胧的色彩且立体感强,整张毛皮利用率可提高70％～80％．
