Coolmax复合纱线毛细效应与纱线捻度的关系

摘    要:为了更好的发挥Coolmax复合纱线在改善织物干爽舒适性方面的作用,对Coolmax复合纱线在不同捻度下的毛细效应进行了测试,分析了Coolmax复合纱线的毛细芯吸效应与捻度之间的关系.结果表明:Coolmax复合纱线的捻度对其毛细芯吸高度的影响较大.随着复合纱线捻度的增大,其毛细芯吸高度先增大后减小,它们之间也存在一个临界捻度,可以通过选取适当的捻度来获得较高的毛细吸水高度。

Abstract:In order to play the composite yarn of Coolmax on adjusting the dry and crisp quality of the (improvement) fabric action,the wicking altitude of Coolmax composite yarns is tested on different twist, and (the) (correlation) between the wicking altitude and its twist is analyzed in this paper. The results show that the (difference) of the twist of Coolmax composite yarn can much affect the wicking altitude. With the twist (increasing), the wicking altitude of Coolmax composite yarn is up firstly and down finally, there is a critical (twister) (between) the wicking altitude and twist. We can choose proper twist to obtain higher wicking altitude (of) (the) (composite) yarn.
