西部高新技术企业员工培训工作的探讨

摘    要:调查分析了我国西部高新技术企业人力资源现状和员工培训现状及不足之处.认为西部高新技术企业员工培训工作中主要存在着培训意识淡薄、无系统培训计划、企业缺乏培训文化、培训投资不足等问题.就如何加强西部高新技术企业培训工作,提高培训工作的有效性提出了如下建议:更新培训观念,建立积极的员工培训文化,采用系统科学培训模式,实现企业培训体系化和加强推行员工培训的配套措施等。

Abstract:Based on investigation and research of the status quo of human resources and employee training of the high-tech enterprises in western China, main problems involved in their employee training are studied and analyzed,including the lack of understanding of the importance of employee training,the lack of systematic training plan as well as corporate training culture and the insufficient investment in training.Following suggestions are given to improve their employee training and the efficiency and effectiveness of it: updating training philosophy,setting up active employee training culture,using scientific training modes.Thus,the employee training will become systematic and its supporting measures enhanced.
