| Abstract: | Thishiberarchy and functions of Gatekeeper is discussed in this paper, which is one of the important parts of video conferencing's network protocol. A model of H. 323 Gatekeeper and its implementation based on COM is provided, and a design example of RAS channel component which act as the most important communication function is given. |
