杂质在晶体表面的振动特性及其对晶体性能的影响

摘    要:采用三维非对称模型,考虑最近邻和次近邻原子的作用,通过计算机求出晶体表面杂质原子的三维振动模式。用局部模定性地说明了杂质原子在表面和体内对晶体热学性质影响的差异。

Abstract:Under consideratidn of the effects of the first and second near neighbour atoms, three-dimension vibration modes of impurity atoms on crystal surface are fond by aid of computer, using the non-symmetrical pattern of three dimensions. With the partial mode, this paper explains qualitatively the different effects of the impurity atoms on the surface from in tile body on crystal heat properties
