铁磁材料应力-磁化性能的相关性

摘    要:针对受外力作用的铁磁材料,应用微磁学理论,从最小能量原理出发,采用拉格朗日乘子法推导了应力作用下的应力-磁化矢量的描述方程,得出应力-磁化率关系表达式。以条形单晶铁为例,编写三维有限元程序,计算得出应力平行和垂直于外磁场情况下单晶铁磁体内部的磁化矢量分布及应力-磁化率关系曲线,计算结果表明在应力作用下磁化矢量发生偏转,受拉时磁化矢量向外磁场方向偏转,磁化增强,磁化率随应力增加而增大;受压时磁化矢量向背离外磁场方向偏转,磁化减弱,磁化率随应力增大而减小;且各向异性磁化率与应力施加方向相关。
