| 摘 要： | 通过对人参茎叶的提取和衍生处理后，采用毛细管气相色谱法分析了人参茎叶中单糖的含量，测定出人参茎叶含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖和葡萄糖，该方法操作简便，可为人参质量的评价提供一个可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | By the extraction and derivation of ginseng leaves, the content of monose in ginseng leaves is analyzed by capillary chromatography, six kinds of monse are determined. They are RNA, ARA, binose, XYL, seminose, GAL and GAC. The method is easy, practical and reliable. |
