齐齐哈尔市科技人员需求的预测及对策

本文采用计算社会劳动生产率的数学方法,选用无常数项直线型数学模型,对齐齐哈尔市区工业现有科技队伍进行了定量分析及计算,并对本世纪末科技队伍总的需求做了预测。计算所得1978——1985年科技人员需求量与实际情况相符;预测结果同发达国家七十年代末水平相比,是可信、可行的。本文还根据该市科技队伍的年令和知识的实际结构与预测结构之间的差异提出了相应的对策。

Forecast to the Scientists and Technicians Requirement in Qiqihaer City and the Game Adopted
