提高应变片式位移传感器线性度的方法
摘    要:针对应变片式位移传感器位移量大.应变和位移关系是非线性的特点.提出了一种新的提高线性度的方法.该方法采用双弹性片结构.用二次函数近似代替非线性应变.用4个应变片接成全桥检测电路.通过选取合适的参数.提高了位移传感器的线性度.实验验证该方法是有效的.

A Method to Improve the Linearity for the Displacement Sensor Conducted by Strain Foil

Abstract:As the displacement of the displacement sensor conducted by strain foil is very large. the relation of the strain and displacement is nonlinear. A new method to improve the sensor linearity is proposed. For the method. elastic structure which is made of two metal plates is adopted and the nonlinear strain is approximately presented by quadratic function. Then. a full bridge transdusey circuit is given by using four strain foils and proper parameters are chosen. so the linesrity of the sensor is raised. The further tesr proves that this method is effective.
