| 摘 要： | 为了确保新开发的ＸＢ－Ｉ型谐波齿轮电动葫芦安全运行，对该装置进行了可靠性分析．分析了柔轮的失效形式，给出了柔轮的设计强度图，对柔轮进行了可靠度计算，并对１吨ＸＢ－Ｉ型谐波齿轮电动葫芦及其柔轮进行了运行制度、下滑量、噪声和疲劳强度实验．实验结果表明，该装置的性能符合ＪＢ２１００－７７有关的技术要求．

| Abstract: | For safing operation of the XB-I type's electric hoist of harmonic gear of a new develop unit, this paper has carried on to analyze about the installation of reliability. It includes analyzing the failure, drawing a picture of the design strength, calculating reliability and experimentalizing about institution of operation, down sliped amount, noise and fatigue strength of flexible wheel of XB-I type's electric hoist of harmonic gear. This installation can be satisfied the JB2100-77 technical condition on the domain of electric hoist by the result of experiment. |
