| 摘 要： | 针对价格控制问题提出了一种将遗传算法与单纯形法相结合形成的混合遗传算法，在分析了价格控制问题具体特点的基础上，对遗传算法在编码、约束处理、下层问题无解处理等方面进行改进，最后进行了数值模拟，模拟结果验证了该算法具有较高的精度且简便易行。

| Abstract: | For bilevel linearprice control problem, a hybrid genetic algorithm together with a simplex algorithmisproposed. Close analysis of the special features of it, genetic algorithm is improved in encoding, handling constraints and handling subsystem. Finally, numerical simulation is adopted to verify the effectiveness of proposed approach. |
