| Abstract: | A basic solution to the antiplane strain problem with an elliptic hole for the piezoelectric medium is derived with expressing the complex potential, and also gave field intensity factors at the crack tip. The results indicated that the stress intensity factor is the same as the factor of the general isotropic material, and the electric displacement intensity factor has the same expressions of the stress intensity factor. |
