The favorable country governance is important proportion of the harmonious society. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the country governance for building the new socialist country. The country social capital is made up of the prevalent trust, reciprocal criterion between country resident and the compact social participation network set up by the country organization. The country social capital is the foundation of the country governance. It is also the social resource of the building the new socialistic country and the development of harmonious society. Therefore, we should vigorously cultivate social capital in country to improve the performance of the country governance, pushing the building of the new socialist country and accelerate the development of the harmonious society.
