关于和谐库区新农村建设的几点思考

三峡库区新农村建设不仅关系到库区的繁荣稳定与和谐发展，更关系到三峡大坝的维护与安全，关系到长江中下游人民的福祉。库区新农村建设目前已取得一定的成就，亦存在人多地少矛盾突出、发展基础薄弱、地质灾害频发等制约性因素。加快库区新农村建设，要坚持全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观，从政治和全局的高度，既坚持发扬库区人民“顾全大局的爱国精神、舍己为公的奉献精神、万众一心的协作精神和艰苦创业的拼傅精神”等构成的移民精神，更需要国家政策的倾斜与全国的关注。

Several Considerations on the New Country Building in Harmonious Reservoir Region

The new country building in the three gorges reservoir region is related not only to the prosperity and stability and harmonious development of the region, but also to the maintenance andsecurity of the three gorges dam and the good fortune of the people in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River. Some accomplishments have been made in the new country building of the reservoir region till now, but some conditionality factors have existed such as the contradiction of so many people but so little land, the instability of development, the frequent occurrence of geological calamity. The new country building in the three gorges reservoir region should be guided by the scientific development view of wholeness, harmony and sustainability. It needs not only the patriotism, the dedication spirits, the cooperation spirits and the hardworking spirits of the people in the reservoir region, but also the inclination of the national policy and the concern of the countrywide.
