| 摘 要： | 地籍调查是为适应社会经济发展的需要,保护用地单位和个人的合法权益,提高土地房屋权属登记办证速度,摸清土地利用家底,加快国家土地资源和房产管理信息化步伐,为城市规划、产业布局和政府宏观决策提供重要的基础数据。本文通过生产函数与数据相结合的验证,证明地籍调查在一定程度影响了社会经济的持续发展。
