| 摘 要： | 世界军事变革的浪潮推动了军事教育训练的发展,只有高水平的教育训练才能造就高素质的军事人才。美军后备军事人才的教学训练在内容安排、课程设置和考核评估等方面均有独到之处,对我军国防生军政素质的培养和提高具有一定的借鉴意义。
