| 摘 要： | 宪法是一个国家的根本大法。1954年,制定了《1954年宪法》——我国第一部社会主义类型的宪法。"毛泽东是《1954年宪法》的总设计师",这部宪法是在毛泽东的亲自领导下制定的,他对《1954年宪法》的论述集中体现了毛泽东的宪政思想,标志着毛泽东的宪政思想达到了最高峰。这其中既有经验值得我们去借鉴,也有教训需要我们去反思。

| Abstract: | The Constitution is the basis law of the state.The "1954 Constitution"——the first socialist Constitution of new China—came into appreance under the leadership of the chief architect,MAO Ze-dong,in 1954.MAO Ze-dong s constitutional thought is concentratedly expressed in his comments on "1954 Constitution",which indicate that the thought reaches a peak.In such thought,there are many experiences for our reference,and many lessons to be learned. |
