试论党内巡视制度的运行及其完善

巡视制度是党中央在新的历史时期为强化党内监督、加强党的建设而采取的一项重大举措，并在试行期间取得了良好的成效。巡视制度作为我国廉政建设的重要保证，是建立在一定的历史和现实基础上的，具有目标明确、时间集中、方法灵活多样等优势，但仍需进一步完善。为此，应加强制度建设和队伍建设，拓宽巡视范围，建立责任倒查机制，注意将巡视工作的成果转化为实效，搞好与其他监督方式的协调配合等。
