| Abstract: | Global governance influences the international relations and international order, and it is being utilized by all the countries around the world. The characteristics and the developing trend of global governance are the following： great power summit mechanism becomes the important platform of global governance; citizens all over the world are active in the social participation; the traditional western dominant power is shocked; the Group of Twenty will play the fundamental role and ＂China factor＂ will become prominent increasingly. |
