摘    要:女性专业技术人才是重要的战略资源,是社会发展与文明进步的推动力。以IAPP为理论框架,通过对中国劳动统计年鉴进行分析,发现我国女性专业技术人员呈现出经济效率价值取向明显、性别失衡突出、粗放发展模式凸显等特征。我国应通过推行性别公正与性别差异相统一的专业技术人员评选政策、塑造性别社会文化、转变女性角色行为模式等,促进女性专业技术人员的成长与可持续发展。

Abstract:Female professionals are the important strategic resource and the driving force of social development and civilization progress. Under the framework of IAPP, through the analysis of the Chinese statistical yearbook, it can be found that the value orientation of economic efficiency of female professionals is quite obvious, the im balanced sex ratio is high and the extensive developmental mode is clear. It is suggested that professional selec tion policy combining with both sexual fairness and sexual difference should be carried out, sexual social culture should be molded, and the female behavior pattern should be changed, which is beneficial for the sustainable de velopment of female professionals.
