摘    要:三亚市作为我国唯一的热带滨海旅游城市,在建设国际旅游岛空前繁荣的背景下,大量的城市移民和游客涌入,导致市区内部交通拥堵、环境恶化,城市空间向周边腹地快速无序扩展.为解决城市发展与环境的矛盾,遵循景观生态规划原则,提出从市域、市区两个层次入手,规划未来三亚市的空间结构.市域空间结构组织采用复合指状模式,旨在完善三亚市景观生态安全格局。高效发挥自然资源的生态效应;市区空间外拓采用网络组团模式,以期打造各个组团特色,增加组团间联系,强化不同分区的生态功能.

Abstract:As the only tropical seashore tourist city of China, Sanya is trying to become an international tourist destination. Meanwhile, the city experiences large flux of urban immigrants and tourists, causing urban issues such as traffic congestion, environment deterioration, and rapid urban sprawl. In order to solve the contradiction between urban development and environment, following the principles of landscape ecologycal planning, this paper puts forward the idea of spatial structure planning of Sanya from the level of city territory and urban district. City territory spatial structure uses an enhanced palm model, aiming at improving the threshold landscape pattern and boosting the ecological effect of natural resources. Urban district space expansion design is based on the network grouping model, so that distinctive ecological functions can be expressed explicitly.
