| 摘 要： | 以我国内涝灾害频发的武汉、北京、长沙等城市为例,从自然因素,城市的规划、建设、管理等方面分析了城市内涝灾害产生的原因,并由此提出了建立城市排水系统GIS数据库,采用透水性地面铺装,加强排水管网建设等降低城市内涝,保障人民生命和财产安全的措施.

| Abstract: | Based on the case study of cities with frequent urban waterlogging disasters, such as Wuhan, Beijing and Changsha, the causes of urban waterlogging are analyzed from natural factors, urban planning, urban construction and urban management, etc. Some measures are proposed so as to reduce the probability of urban waterlogging disasters and ensure the safety of people＇ s lives and properties, such as establishing an urban drain- age system GIS database, using porous pavement, strengthening the construction of drainage pipe network and so on. |
