| 摘 要： | 农村金融是农村经济的核心,河南省十分重视农村金融的发展,通过完善县级金融机构布局、进行组织机构创新、增加涉农贷款等一系列措施,促进了全省农村金融的发展,然而现阶段依然存在一些问题有待进一步解决。农村金融机构可根据农民融资需求大、融资目的多样、融资渠道单一等情况,有针对性地采取措施,以满足农民的资金需求,适应农业经济发展的要求。

| Abstract: | Rural finance is the hardcore of rural economy.A series of measures have been carried out by Henan province to promote the development of rural finance,such as perfecting the layout of county-level financial branches,reforming organizations,increasing loan relating to peasantry and so on.However,there are still some problems to be soved.For example,the demand of rural financing is not satisfied;financing purposes are various;and financing channels are not rich.Therefore,it is necessary for financial institutions to take special measures to cope with these problems. |
