| 摘 要： | 赫德是中国近代历史上的一位重要人物,作为晚清海关的外籍总税务司,他不仅控制着清政府的财政命脉,而且直接左右着晚清的内政外交。20世纪80年代以来,学术界对于赫德的研究成果层出不穷。但从总体上看,其研究的空间与深度仍需进一步开拓。无论是史料的挖掘、研究方法和理论的创新,还是研究内容和对象,都有进一步拓展和深化的必要性。

| Abstract: | Hart is an important figure in modern Chinese history.As a foreign general tax collection officer of the customs of the late Qing Dynasty,he not only controlled the Qing government＇s finance but also directly influenced its internal and foreign affairs.There has been a lot of research achievement about Hart in the academic circles since 1980s.However,generally speaking,both the research space and depth should be further broadened.It is essertial that historical data excavation,research method,theoretical innovation,research content and research object be broadened and deepened. |
