| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a set of index system for the development zone land intensive utilization evaluation, and discusses the basis and method to determine the ideal value of evaluation index. Meanwhile, taking Guangxi Beihai hi-tech industrial development zone as an example, its level of land intensive utilization is evaluated, and the potential is calculated. |
