具有参数驱动机制的压铸模具标准件库软件的开发

目的通过研究开发压铸模具标准件数据库软件,以降低压铸模具设计的难度,提高设计质量和效率。方法通过研究压铸模具各标准件之间关系以及单个标准件的特点,以MFC和ObjectARX为开发工具,采用参数驱动机制实现三维标准件的造型,建立一个具有参数驱动机制的三维压铸模具标准件数据库,通过智能化的推理过程实现模架装配。结果和结论成功地开发出了一个符合设计目标的数据库,数据库中有大量压铸模具标准件、压铸机参数和装配数据,能够为压铸模具的装配和模具工作过程模拟提供数据支持,能够完成压铸摸具标准件选择、实体输出和模架装配。

Research on the system of standard parts library of pressure casting moulds

Aim To decrease the difficulty of pressure casting moulds design and improve the qualification and efficiency of design by developing the software of standard parts library of pressure casting moulds.Methods Firstly research the relationship between the feature of standard parts, secondly the standard parts library is built by MFC and ObjectARX, in which the mechanism of parameter driving was used to model the parts.Results and Conclusion A standard library was successfully built. A lot of data about the standard parts, the moulds casting machine and moulds assemble were stored. This software can support the casting moulds assemble, and can help us to choose and output the 3-D standard parts.
