普通高中教体结合培养体育后备人才模式研究--以河南省濮阳市油田第三高级中学为例

摘    要:目的探讨教体结合模式下普通高中体育后备人才培养机制,为我国竞技体育可持续发展提供理论支持。方法通过个案研究方法分析高级中学体育生招生、学习、训练、管理经验;通过文献法把握了解教体结合培养竞技体育后备人才模式内涵。结果统一招生与优秀苗子重点选拔是实施体育后备人才培养的基础,体育特长班的建立是落实普通高中体育后备人才教体结合培养机制的前提;依据训练基础,因材施训是体育训练普及与提高的关键;改革高校体育生培养机制,是提高体育人才培养质量的保障。结论高中阶段体育后备人才培养必须加强与高校体育人才培养之间的衔接,以向高校输送优秀体育生源为目的,建立从招生、训练、学习、管理到输送的有效机制。

Research on the cultivating mechanism of high schools’reserve sports talents characterized by a combination of teaching and training---A case study of Puyang No.3 Oilfield High School in Henan Province
Abstract:Objective—To investigate the high schools’cultivating mechanism of reserve sports tal-ents under MCEP (the Mode of Combining Education with Physical Education)in order to provide theoretical support for the sustainable development of China’s athletics.Method—Taking Puyang No. 3 Oilfield High School in Henan Province,China for example,the enrollment,learning,training and management experience of the students’physical education was analyzed herein.Literature review method was used to understand connotation of cultivating reserve sports talents through MCEP.Re-sults—Unified entrance exams and the selection of outstanding students constitute the foundation for cultiva-ting reserve sports talents;the opening of sports specialty class is the prerequisite to the implementation of the high-school reserve sports talents training model which is characterized by a combination of teaching and train-ing;the training based on the students’basic training and athletic ability is of vital importance to the popular-ization and improvement of physical training,the reforming of the cultivating mechanism of sports students in universities ensures the improvement of the training quality of sports talents.Conclusion—In order to trans-port more excellent sports students to colleges,the connection between high school training and college sports talent training should be strengthened and an effective mechanism including enrollment,training,learning,management and transport should be established.
