3D打印技术与社会制造

目的 综述3D打印技术的基本概念、发展简史、打印过程原理、应用领域、广泛影响以及面临的问题等.方法 以发展史为基础,利用历史的、分析与综合的方法进行了论述.结果 在3D打印技术得到广泛应用的情况下,制造业也许不再运用工厂这种将人力、资金、设备等生产要素大规模集中化的生产方式,而是转变为一种以3D打印机为基础、更加灵活、所需投入更少的生产方式.《经济学人》将这种趋势称之为“社会制造”,并认为这种新型的生产方式,有望促成第三次工业革命.结论 指出3D打印技术作为第三次工业革命的重要标志之一,已引发了世人对3D打印的强烈关注.3D打印技术必将改变人类未来的生产与生活方式.3D打印技术必将创造一个崭新的世界.

3D printing technology and social manufacturing

Objective--To summarize the basic concept, development history, principle, wide ap- plication fields, widespread influence of 3D printing technology as well as the problems confronting 3D printing technology. Methods--On the basis of the development history of 3D printing technology, historical, analytical and synthetic methods are adopted to discuss the aforesaid objective. Results-- Under the circumstances that 3D printing technology is being widely used, manufacturing industry may no longer use the large-scale production mode like factory which centralizes such production fac- tors as manpower, capital and equipment, it will turn to a more flexible production mode that needs less investment and is based on the 3D printer. ＂The Economist＂ calls this trend ＂Social Manufactur- ing＂ and holds that the new production mode may give rise to the third industrial revolution. Conclu- sion-It is hereby pointed out that 3D printing technology, an important symbol of the third industrial revolution, has caused people all over the world to pay close attention to 3D printing technology. 3D printing will change the mode of life and production of human beings in the future. 3D printing will create a brand-new world.
