| 肾上腺素的单扫描示波极谱滴定及Cu~（2＋）和肾上腺素的化学反应动力学研究 |

| 摘 要： | 利用单扫描示波极谱法研究了不同条件下Ｃｕ（２＋）与肾上腺素间的化学反应。基于其络合反应建立了肾上腺素的示波极谱滴定法；基子Ｚｎ（２＋）存在与下Ｃｕ（２＋）与肾上腺素的氧化还原反应，测定了有关的动力学参数，提出了可能的反应机理和速率表达式。

| Abstract: | The Chemical reaction of Cu(II)with adrenaline under the various conditions were investigated by linear sweep polarography. Oscllopolarographic titration method based on compleking reaction have been developed for the determination of adrenaline. The reaction mechanisms were studied and some kinetic parameters related to the oxidahon-reduction reaction between on(II)and adrendline under action of Zn(II)were measured. |
