目的 重点实验室研究方向的确定是其科技管理的关键环节.本研究旨在明确地方高校省级重点实验室研究方向的确定策略.方法 从实验室"生态学"的角度,以灾害监测与机理模拟陕西省重点实验室为例,分析了地方高校重点实验室的生存环境、自身特点,以及二者之问的相互作用.结果 与结论提出地方高校重点实验室研究方向确定的政策导向、仿生学、人才导向、项目导向和学术积累等五大策略.
