| 摘 要： | 介绍了土地生产潜力的概念，探讨了土地生产潜力的估算方法。文中指出；土地生产潜力的估算方法大致可以归纳为两类。一类是机制法－从土地生产潜力形成机制出发，估算不同条件下的土地生产潜力；一是经济法－通过对历史资料分析，归纳出经验公式估算不同条件下的土地生产潜力。
