| 摘 要： | 建立了高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的评价指标,并运用德尔菲法分析了指标体系的权重,最后采用可拓综合评价方法分析了某重点高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的运行绩效,给出了相应的建议与对策.这种绩效评价方法目标明确、可操作性强,对高速公路建设项目执行控制体系的实时运行、控制和调整有良好的促进作用.
