酸处理竹笋壳纤维糖化工艺的优化

摘    要:以竹笋壳原纤维作对比,对稀酸预处理竹笋壳纤维的绿色木霉酸性纤维素酶糖化工艺进行了研究.正交试验实验结果表明,当酸性纤维素酶用量为酸处理竹笋壳纤维用量的14倍(v/w)时,调至pH为4.5,于40℃酶水解10 h后,水解液总糖度可达2.39 mg葡萄糖/mL,酸处理竹笋壳纤维酶解率为29.03%.

Abstract:With the natural bamboo shoots shell fiber as the control, the saccharification conditions of DAP-BSSF (the bamboo shoots shell fiber pretreated by dilute sulfuric acid) hydrolyzed by the acidic cellulase from Triehoderma viride are studied. The orthogonal test shows that the total sugar concentration of hydrolytic solution can reach 2. 39 mg glucose/mL when the ratio of acidic cellulase solution to DAP-BSSF, pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time are 14:1, 4. 5, 40℃ and 10 h respectively. Accordingly, hydrolysis rate of DAP-BSSF is 29. 03%.
