| 摘 要： | 齿轮的加工误差直接影响齿轮产品的使用性能与质量，根据GB／T10095、1-2001和GB／Z18620．1-2002分析了齿轮齿廓偏差产生的原因及其检测方法，并阐明了控制齿廓偏差，提高齿轮产品质量应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Application functions and qualities of a gear are directly affectedby its process error. On the basis of GB/T10095.1-2001 and GB/Z18620.1-2002, this paper analyses the causes and inspections of total profile deviation, clarifies how to control the total profile deviation and presents some corresponding methods to improve the quality of a gear product. |
