竹笋壳纤维组分的组合分离技术研究

摘    要:对竹笋壳纤维中半纤维素、纤维素和木质素的组合分离技术进行了初步研究.实验结果表明:较好的稀酸水解条件为:纤维颗粒度80目,稀硫酸浓度3%,液固比100∶1(v/w),温度70℃,时间10h;酸处理竹笋纤维无水乙醇提取的较优条件为:先将酸处理竹笋纤维在-20℃反复冷冻-解冻2次,再按20∶1(液固比)的比例加入无水乙醇,在80℃下提取10 h.在确定的酸解和醇提条件下,能较好地实现半纤维素、木质素和纤维素的分离.

Abstract:The combinatorial separation of hemicellulose, lignin and cellulose of BSSF is primarily studied. The results demonstrated that the diluted aci&hydrolyzed conditions are BSSF granule at 80 mesh, ratio of liquid to solid at 100 : 1 (v/w) , diluted acid concentration at 3 %, hydrolyze temperature at 70℃, and hydrolyze time at 10 h. The better anhydrous ethanol extraction conditions are that the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and freeze-thawed frequency (-20℃) are 1 : 20 (w/v), 80℃, 10 h and 2 times, respectively. At the determined dilute acid hydrolysis and anhydrous ethanol extraction conditions, the separation of hemicellulose, lignin and cellulose of BSSF can be efficiently achieved
