摘    要:采用自回归谱分析结合改进周期图检验的方法,建立表面粗糙度的混合谱模型,以分离其中表现为离散谱的确定性谐波成分和表现为连续谱的随机性成分,并在此基础上提出综合评定表面粗糙度各种参数的方法,同时对AR模型的阶数与谐波成分识别给出较有效的经验判定方法.

Abstract:This paper presents a mixed spectral model of surface roughness to be set up by means of the AR spectral analysis combined with the modified periodogram test , so as to separate the deterministic harmonic components described as discrete spectra and the stoe chastic components described as continuous spectra in the model. Based on this model, a synthetical evalution method of surface roughness parameters is presented , and a more effective empirical method for determining the order of AR model and identifying the harmonic components is also given.
