摘    要:1G2-31型12t蓄电池牵引车系我国国防“31”工程配套产品.其轮轴的刚度直接影响到牵引车运行时的稳定性和可靠性,因此对轮轴刚度的研究就成为牵引车机械设计较为关健的问题,中采用能量法等机械理论对轮轴的关健部位进行了研究,确定所采用的轮轴结构,满足了该产品设计的需要.

Abstract:The 1G2-31 type 12t battery-powered traction vehicle is a mating product of our national defense engineering"31".The rigidity of the wheel axle directly affects the stability and reliability of the vehicle during running Thus a key problem in the mechanical design of the vehicle is to research the rigidity of the wheel axle.The energy distribution of the mechanical theory is used to study the key location on the wheel axle.An ascertained wheel axle structure can meet the requirement to the product design.
